AndersonAll the best,Hi Sere,
Thanks for uploading. The output of the option "-a" is "p", rather than "1-p" (yes, the help text is incorrect, or the output should be 1-p also; sorry for that). You can use the option --othresh to save a 1-p image already thresholded, or use fslmaths to convert it to 1-p.
I think this behaviour will be changed for the next patch. On 15 July 2014 16:53, sere f <[log in to unmask]> wrote:

Dear FSL users,I am running fdr on dual regression output :fdr -i dr_stage3_ic0014_tfce_p_tstat1.nii --oneminusp -a fdr_ic14_tstat1 -q 0.05I get0.0166
I would like to see fdr_ic14_tstat1 in fslview.I set 0.95-1 (min-max) I can not visualize anything because values of fdr_ic14_tstat1 range 0 to 0.502600.What is the correct way to visualize fdr_ic14_tstat1?Thanks in advance.Serena.
