Everyone,

 

We are having a frustrating problem with the Feat GUI under Ubuntu 14.04 that is not happening in Ubuntu precise. It causes the main window to hang and the only way to fix it is to kill the process.

 

To reproduce this bug:

 

Open Feat.

Load a fsf file (my one had 38 inputs).

Go to the stats tab and run full model setup (this window comes up very slowly).

Then press Done.

The Glm window disappears and the main Feat window hangs.

 

Running Glm itself and creating a large model (so with a large number of components on the window) also causes a hang.

 

This problem occurs with wish 8.4, 8.5 and 8.6.

 

Any hints on debugging?
