Hi,

I saw such a sentence"The -F 3 option does cluster-based
multiple-comparison-correction (with an arbitrary threshold of 3, which is
only an example here) but could be substituted with any other valid
multiple-comparison-correction option such as --T2, -x, -S." .And then how
to choose the options among -F ,--T2,-x ,-S ? Maybe try them respectively .
Please provide some ideas .

Thank you in advance .

Xin-Fa Shi .
