Hi, when preprocessing my resting-state data, I get the following warning during motion correction: Saving standard deviation volume ... WARNING::in calculating COG, total = 0.0 Saving motion corrected time series ... I already checked the raw input data and the slice time corrected volumes for NaNs (slice time correction is done before motion correction). There are no NaNs and the motion-corrected image looks fine. Any suggestions what else could be wrong? Thanks a lot in advance! Judith
