Hi Manuel,

Can you tell me exactly how you are calling both flirt and fnirt?

Are the images oriented in the same way (i.e. left<->right, posterior<->anterior, inferior<->superior)?

How bad is the registration when using flirt? Attach some screenshots to your reply if possible.

Thanks,

Paul

Hi Paul,

I did as you told me, but doesn't work.

With the FLIRT after calculate the inverse matrix the result is similar to register the template to the subject space. And if I try the FNIRT, appears the following message: Exception thrown with message: std::bad_alloc.

Maybe the image is too weight? or the images are too much different?
