Hi

Please can someone help me as I have had a fortnight off, returned and seem to have lost the plot somewhere.

Recently we have been sent some information which contained an editable template for us to download and copy for Risk Management in Controlled Assessments.  Please can anyone throw any light on where it came from.  I have printed it off and not saved it anywhere and need to alter things to fit our centre.

Please can someone help.
