I too am disapointed to see the listserv used in this way. What the authors have risked is turning this listsev in to a political forum not an evidence-based health care forum.

As a graduate of Tel-Aviv university and somebody who has practiced medicine in Israel treating both Israelis and Arabs, if you want the truth about the EVIDENCE I would be happy to provide this information.
I am surprised that people who call themselves champions of the evidence would write such a once sided article.
