Hi Neil,
Have just double checked our test system (April 2014) as this would be a bit of a show stopper for us.
Our results service (external to Blackboard) loads fine via a tab in the top frame –
Do you get any errors or do the pages simply just not load ?
Is the site in the same domain as your Bb box?

As April 2014 has moved from frames to divs, content from our CMS no longer launches under what was the tabs in the top frame.
Has anybody managed to launch web pages that are external to blackboard under the globalNavPageNavArea div in 2014?
