Just had this back from Tii, thought it would be useful to share: ³ Turnitin Help Desk Case #00331855 - University of Brighton - GBP [ ref:_00D30H14._50040b3IzJ:ref ] Dear Rob, Thank you for your patience in this matter. We are aware of display issues with Blackboard's April 2014 release and our current Blackboard Basic plugin versions. This is due to the fact that Blackboard has changed their display tags which we use for the tabs and text control layout. The fixes for these display issues are (at the current time) being tested for the future release, tentatively scheduled for September 3, 2014. With regards to moving from the Blackboard Basic to the Blackboard Direct plugins, we recommend that you remain with Basic until the "Next Gen" version of our Blackboard plugin is available. This "Next Gen" release will provide improved functionality/layout with minimum data migration where possible. If you need additional assistance with this case please reply to this email.
