Hi Leonor,
I would really like to know what they are, too, as I found them on the Newport Medieval Ship (apologies for my very poor photo). The ship very probably originated from southern Portugal or Spain. The seeds were strongly associated with the Juniperus sp and Ericaceae- rich dunnage in the bottom of the ship.
Regards,
Wendy

Subject: seed identification

Hello,
Can you help to identify this seed?. It comes from southern Spain (1st millennium BC)  and from a waterlogged context.
Many thanks
Leonor
