The ConcatR field in the parameter structure should be set to have a value of 1. The default value is 0.

You should use the same VOI for both sessions.

Dear Dr McLaren, Dear Experts,

I am analyzing a paradigm with two session in modelled in one design matrix and as you suggested before in another post I would like to use the Concat function in the gPPI. Could you please explain how to use that function? And how to include the VOI files for the different sessions?

Thank you for the help,
Krisztina
