Dear SPM experts, I have a question about how to convert data to images in SPM using the batch. When I use the GUI in SPM8 to convert epoched data to images I get an NIfTI image for each trial. In SPM12b the batch (scalpxtime mode) writes only a single *.nii file for each condition. Using these nii-files for a t-test leads to a warning message that repeats indefinitely: Warning: Returning NaN for out of range arguments > In spm_Tcdf at 91 In spm_ECdensity at 38 In spm_P_RF at 63 In spm_uc_RF at 38 In spm_uc at 31 In spm_getSPM at 782 In spm_results_ui at 261 I am also missing the option to interpolate bad channels in the SPM12b batch.
