- Understands the HE environment and can be credible with academics and managers at all levels.
- Has excellent expertise in delivering performance management for managers and reviewees
- Is able to familiarise effectively and quickly with UEL’s PR scheme and adapt training accordingly
We are likely to go to tender for this and it would be useful to invite interested and recommended providers to bid.
