Don’t Risk It! Know Your Records The Archive and Records Association's first campaign to raise awareness of the importance of records management and develop advocacy skills takes place from September 2014. An event for those interested in knowing more about the campaign, hearing about good records management advocacy, sharing ideas of how to make the maximum impact, and previewing the campaign toolkit which the ARA will be making available to support advocacy will be held at London Metropolitan Archives, 40 Northampton Road, London EC1R 0HB on Thursday 17 July. Further information on the full programme will be provided nearer the time. This event is open to ARA and non-ARA members. The day will start at 10.45am and end at 3pm. It is free of charge and includes lunch.
