I would hope that most of the Ed research journals would be interested, particularly those that relate to assessment. It is a problem
that has impact across education. There is also at least one journal that is specifically focused on academic integrity (although not often on custom essays) - the International Journal of Educational Integrity-

I wonder if colleagues on the list could suggest relevant journals I could research which may be interested in publishing my Case Study research on the process of custom essay production, looking in particular
at the how the essays are developed from initial brief to final approval, the issues that arise for both writer and client student, and what we can learn from this in order to identify such essays once submitted through the University process.
