Hi there. We have a clinical debate in our OH team. Your views would be appreciated: -do you insist the manager must get the employee's signed consent for a referral to OH? We have an online management referral process where the referring manager indicates that they have shared the content of the referral with the employee and dicsussed the reasons for referral. Our guidelines state that this is required. Gaining a signed consent is not possible.
