Dear E-library
If I can ask whether an e-resource trial can be set up for KotobArabia for the Exeter E-library please.
I’d like the trialling to be university–wide so other user feedback can be garnered as well.

Dear Jeff,
We had our MELCOM meeting on Monday 16 June.
Please would you be able to set up a trial for 2 of our members who have offered to spend some time checking out certain queries of other members.

Other queries if you could kindly answer:
n
Are all the books cleared in terms of copyright; what guarantee would we have that the books we have access to are not in breach
of copyright
n
Are there any hidden costs
n
Would access to usage statistics be available
n
Could we see a full draft license
Many thanks and best wishes,
Dinah
