The full programme of the Centre for Humanities Innovation inaugural international conference, 'Beyond Crisis: Visions for the New Humanities' (Durham, July 7-8) is now online: https://www.dur.ac.uk/chi/conference/

The conference features the following keynotes:

        * Prof. Thomas Docherty (Warwick): Living on, living together: the humanities, the secular, democracy
        * Prof. Robert Eaglestone (Royal Holloway): The humanities and the memory of the university
        * Dr Luciana Parisi (Goldsmiths): Computational culture and theory
        * Prof. Frank Donoghue (Ohio State): Online higher education and the humanities of the future university
        * Prof. Sander Gilman (Emory): "Folks can make a lot more...with skilled manufacturing...than they might with an art history degree" (Barack Obama)
