Thank you, I will try this out and write how it goes for others' future reference. We are getting the sense that the reviewer is probably an AFNI user, and that in AFNI this kind of approach is more straightforward. On the other hand, I get the impression that FSL was not primarily designed with supplying F-test statistics in mind. Is this due to a philosophical difference across the two approaches?
