Hi Anderson, Thank you so much for your quick reply. Unfortunately I forgot to mention that I've made binary masks of my contrasts and multiplied my F-contrast with my t-contrasts. (https://www.jiscmail.ac.uk/cgi-bin/webadmin?A2=fsl;7b291542.1405) Over this 'multiplied' binary mask I would like to report cluster information and P-values. Is this possible?
