Hi , I run the script tbss_1_preproc * .nii.gz ,but I don't understand its function ,as explained “ erode your FA images slightly and zero the end slices (to remove likely outliers from the diffusion tensor fitting)” in user guide . What do the "erode" and "zero " mean ? How do the outliers generate? Regards . Shi Xin-Fa .
