The GPU version of bedpostx in fsl 5.0.6 is compiled with CUDA 5.0.

If you want to use the compiled version, you should use that version of CUDA.

Cheers,
Moises.

Hi Nathan,

3 questions to try to solve the problem:

Which version of CUDA toolkit are you using ?

Which version of FSL are you using ?

Which GPU are you using ?

Cheers,

Moises.

Hello,

I am trying to test fsl on a node in our cluster with an m1060 gpu and cuda 6. The cpu version processes fine, but with bedpost_gpu I get the following error written to the log-

...................In the GPU launcher on the device 0...................

Log directory is: /home/elger/LM1001.bedpostX/diff_parts/data_part_0000

Number of Voxels to compute in this part: 49989

Number of Directions: 41

SubPart 1 of  4: processing 12800 voxels

ERROR: fit_PVM_single_c_kernel: invalid device function

I cannot find any information on this error at all. I appreciate any help!
