I am reading  "Comparison of multi-subject ICA methods for analysis of fMRI data" [Human Brain Mapping 32:2075–2095 (2011)]

In this paper strategies of Principal Component Analysis are compared.

They are subject-specific, spatial concatenation and group mean data and probabilistic PCA

Could you confirm me that the strategies implemented in MELODIC v 3.14 are spatial concatenation, group mean data, PPCA?

Is it possible to choose the PCA strategy in command line?
