Hello, I am trying to figure out how to create condition-specific peristimulus plot using FIR, but cannot find a good guide for this yet. For example, I have a simply block design, with A, B, A, B, A, B, A, B, A, B. The A is 12 second long, and the B is also 12 second long, and the TR = 2s. How can I setup the EVs and the contrasts so that I can obtain the peristimulus plot for condition A and condition B, separately? Thanks!! Daniel
