Dear Min,

If your results are generated OK then you can ignore this message, as it is only related to a progress checking feature and does not affect the calculations.

All the best,
Mark

Dear FSL lists

When I performed BedpostX on my DTI data, I came across the following error message:
Errors: /usr/local/fsl/bin/bedpostx: line 290: kill:(14229) - No such process

However, when I click 'OK' button in the error message window, all files in the BedpostX directory seem to be normally produced.
Is this an serious error or can I ignore this error message?

Thank you.
