Dear FSL users, I am going to use MELODIC for resting state data. Could anybody explain me the option dimest? --dimest use specific dim. estimation technique: lap, bic, mdl, aic, mean (default: lap) Does it allow to choose the PCA routine? Could you point out the words for the 'lap, bic, mdl, aic, mean' acronyms? Thanks in advance. Serena.
