MANNAU SYDD AR GAEL
CyMAL Cwrs rhad ac am ddim
Rheoli Newid
Llyfrgell Ganolog Caerdydd
09-Gorffennaf-2014
Media Resource Centre – Llandrindod Wells
15-Gorffennaf-2014
Llywodraeth Cymru sy'n darparu'r cwrs hwn, sy'n rhad ac am ddim, ac mae’n cael ei gynnig i staff a gwirfoddolwyr sy'n gweithio yn amgueddfeydd, archifdai a llyfrgelloedd Cymru. Mae’n
addas i reolwyr a goruchwylwyr y gwasanaethau Amgueddfeydd, Archifau a Llyfrgelloedd yng Nghymru.
Nod
Nod y cwrs hwn yw cynorthwyo’r cyfranogwyr i sicrhau gwell rheolaeth dros y sialensiau a ddaw yn sgil newid a bod yn ‘Arweinwyr Newid’ llwyddiannus, gan ddatblygu eu hunain, ac eraill, i reoli
newid, ac ymateb iddo, mewn modd cadarnhaol.
Erbyn diwedd y dydd, bydd y rheini sy’n dilyn y cwrs yn gallu:
·
Cydnabod a chyfathrebu cyd-destun ac amcan hollbwysig newid yn y Gwasanaethau Cyhoeddus
·
Deall y rhwystrau dynol rhag cyflawni newid llwyddiannus
·
Helpu eraill i adnabod yr angen am newid
·
Datblygu gweledigaeth a strategaeth ar gyfer newid y gall pobl eu cefnogi
·
Defnyddio arfau a dulliau gweithredu syml i ddadansoddi cyd-destun o newid a gweithredu cynllun
·
Creu agwedd gynhwysol tuag at newid, sef yr agwedd orau i gyflawni canlyniadau
Caiff y cyfranogwyr eu hannog i greu cynllun gweithredu personol i’w cefnogi wrth iddynt roi cynnwys y rhaglen ar waith yn eu sefyllfaoedd gwaith eu hunain
Dulliau Hyfforddi
Mae’r cwrs ymarferol a rhyngweithiol hwn yn canolbwyntio ar yr agweddau o newid sy’n ymwneud â ‘phobl’. Mae’n cynnig dulliau a strategaethau i’r cyfranogwyr er mwyn iddynt allu rheoli’r ffordd
y maent hwy eu hunain yn ymateb i sialensiau newid a sicrhau ymlyniad timau i fod yn gyfranogwyr brwd mewn rhaglenni newid. Bydd y cyfranogwyr yn archwilio ymatebion seicolegol i newid, yn ystyried y ffordd orau i arwain timau ac unigolion drwy gyfnod o newid,
sut y gallant gynorthwyo eraill i ymrwymo i’r gwaith o gyfrannu at gyflawni newid, y ffordd orau iddynt sicrhau fod y newid yn arwain at ganlyniadau cadarnhaol a sut y gallant wneud i’r newid fod yn barhaol.
Paratoi
Nid oes angen paratoi’n ffurfiol. Fodd bynnag, bydd y cynrychiolwyr yn elwa’n fwy o’r rhaglen os ydynt wedi pwyso a mesur eu profiad personol o newid, eu profiad o weithredu newid ac, yn bwysicaf
oll, a ydynt yn ymwybodol o’r sialensiau sy’n eu hwynebu hwy a’u timau dros y misoedd i ddod.

This free course is provided by the Welsh Government and is open to staff and volunteers working in museums, archives and libraries in Wales. It is suitable for managers and supervisors
within Museums, Archives and Library services in Wales.
Aim
This course aims to support participants to better manage the challenges of change in order to become successful ‘Change Leaders’, developing themselves and others to manage and respond to
change positively
By the end of the course participants will be able to:
·
Recognise and communicate the context and imperative of Public Service change
·
Understand the human barriers to achieving successful change
·
Help others recognise the need for change
·
Develop a vision and strategy for change that people can ‘buy into’
·
Use straightforward tools and approaches to analyse a change context and plan action
·
Create an inclusive approach to change that is best able to deliver results
Delegates will be encouraged to create a personal action plan to support them in applying the programme content to their particular work circumstances
Training Methods
This practical and interactive course focuses on the ‘people’ aspects of change offering delegates tools and strategies for managing their own reactions to the challenge of change and for engaging
teams as active participants in change programmes. Delegates will explore psychological responses to change, consider how they can best lead teams and individuals through change, how they can support others to commit to contributing to achieving change, how
they can best ensure that change leads to positive outcomes and how they can make change stick.
Preparation
No formal preparation is required. However, delegates will get the most value from the programme if they have reflected on their personal experience of change, their experience of implementing
change and, most importantly, if they are aware of the change challenges facing them and their teams over the coming months.
