Dear colleagues, This is just a reminder for anyone who would like to sign up to this free webinar on Friday. It is organised by all Jisc Regional Support Centres across the UK. e-books for FE next steps Theres less than a week to go to the e-Books for FE webinar. This FREE online event takes place on Friday, June 27th from 10:00-11:00 and is suitable for Library and LRC managers, librarians, information professionals, and any staff who want to find out more about promoting e-resources to learners. What is included? A briefing webinar explaining the future development of the e-books for FE collection. The arrangements for free access to the Jisc e-books for FE collection are changing from 1st August 2014. This briefing, from Catherine John of Jisc Collections, will explain how the collection is to be updated, with removal of dated and under-used content, along with a plan for some new additions. There will also be information about support for library system administrators, to help them make adjustments to resource catalogues.
