Mine’s a nightmare, constantly early coming at around 11 or 12 when our collection is meant to be 3-5pm, he’s rude and when I tell him the days and times I need him to show up he still doesn’t bother. I’ve phoned the collection depo a number of times to find that he’s logged our collection as “refused access to site!!!”
