Mine is an absolute angel!! He arrives every day between 2 and 3, is always cheerful and chatty, and even when we tell him days we don’t need a collection, he still calls to make sure. No-one else is having him!!

What you have to do is complain to PF every single day and say you’ll take it further and then you get somewhere…..trouble is it takes 2 years for the message to get through.
I have finally got the perfect Parcelforce Postie this year after having 2 years of eegits who never turned up, grunted at us, wouldn’t scan the bags in front of us and turned up at the wrong time. He leaves us till last on his round at 4.30pm so he can go straight to the depot down the road from here. He never moans or complains and he actually speaks to us and checks when the exams are on and what days he should be coming in.
He’s mine all mine!!!!! J J J

Sophie,
We have had one collection since 12 May 2014 without a phone call to chase them up. I have had to ring up every day to chase them up. Up until this year we have no problems but it has been a nightmare this year. Exam Boards have contacting me over non delivery.

Please remind students that all mobile phones, ipods, MP3/4 players, or any device with electronic storage must be turned OFF and placed in their bags or coats, before they enter the examination room. Ideally any electronic device should not be brought into the Examination Room. Possession of unauthorised items is an infringement of the regulations and could result in DISQUALIFICATION.
Photo ID has to be shown for all examinations. Invigilators will have copies of photographs taken during enrolment. If the students have not had their photographs taken during the enrolment process then they must provide photographic ID. The rule is no ID no EXAM.
