Hello all, I'm performing 2D and 3D classification with Relion 1.2 and I would like to merge some star files in order to put together the best results out of certain runs but since the order of the columns is not always the same I don't know how to manage. Is there any procedure/trick to merge the star files? Is there a particular reason way the columns order is not always the same?
