Research Assistant - NIHR Research Methods Fellow (REF: MBP1101)

 

Salary Grade 6 - £25,759 to £29,837per annum

Fixed Term Contract for up to 2 years

ROLE:

 

The fellow will undertake the MSc in Medical Statistics at the Department of Health Sciences, University of Leicester on a full-time basis during the first year.

 

In the second year the fellow will undertake a methodological research project assessing the impact of missing data on cluster randomised trials.

 

The fellow will also have the opportunity to develop a PhD proposal to submit for further Fellowship funding, and will supervise a 3-month NIHR Research Methods Internship.

 

REQUIREMENTS:

 

You will have an honours degree (2.1 or higher) with a substantial mathematics or statistics content and recent relevant experience in a comparable role.
