Hi James,

I didn't attend one of the events, but took the ECU materials "off the shelf" so to speak. We have delivered part of them in induction, a 90 min workshop on International Women's Day and a bespoke version to the School of Life Sciences, which was subsequently included in their School Athena SWAN submission. Would be happy to share the slides, but in all honesty, they differ very little from the ECU ones.

Warmest Regards

Hi

We are running at BU some unconscious bias sessions based on the ECU work in this area and I was wondering if colleagues who attended one of these development events would be willing to share how they have used this material within their own organisation.

Practical examples welcomed!

Happy to share responses.

Many thanks

James
