Dear Kiyotaka, just in case, as you mentioned the labels are from Anatomy toolbox: The origin of the files included in Anatomy toolbox is shifted relative to those files included in SPM / relative to MNI space. Thus, if you want to use them for ROI analyses, you probably want to reset their origins with [0 4 -5]. Best, Helmut
