I regret that I haven't been able to blow either image up sufficiently to be 100% sure of my comments - but first I must congratulate Paul, particularly on the map.
1,    The map - I would have considered adding Vernet-les-Bains to the places in France, as well as Paris.  And I would have added one or two more dates (1927 for Brazil)
2.    The familly tree - Josephine Balestier (married to Dr. Theo Dunham) was Carrie's sister - Wolcott and Beatty were her brothers.

Dear All,

I thought that mailbase members would like to see two pieces of work being produced by Paul Mnich. These are for the group in Rottingdean who are staging a Kipling celebration this summer, from 10th to 22nd July.

I have been asked to check them for accuracy, and offer additional material for them, and I would appreciate input from eagle eyes amongst you. As you can imagine, I am heavily involved in packing books for the great Library Move (One volunteer for this Sunday's session at City University, so far).

They certainly look professional (and of course, are Paul's copyright), though I am a little concerned about existing copyrights for some of the images. I would welcome comment on that issue.

A quick glance brought up a photograph of Trix substituted for JRK's mother(!). Enjoy...

Best regards,

John

Hi Janet and Robin,

Our graphic designer, Paul Mnich, who did our logo, is working on a
Kipling World Map and a Kipling Family Tree.
He has done as much research as he can himself and was wondering if
there was someone at the society who could check the dates,
and add missing ones and any other pertinent info.

These are works in progress but are looking amazing already.
They will be permanently displayed in our museum and copies
can be printed for shops or restaurants in the village as well.

I would be most appreciative if you could give me the contact info
for someone in the Society who could advise with those finer details -
and has the time as it would have to be done very soon of course.

Thanks so much,
all best,
Chris
