Eliot Higgins is an independent conflict analyst who has attained global recognition through his "Brown Moses <http://brown-moses.blogspot.co.uk/> " blog on the Syrian conflict, and last week he was named in Time magazine's list <http://time.com/83485/brown-moses-twitter-feeds-follow-2014/> of the most influential Twitter feeds of 2014.
