Dear all,
 
The good news is we've had 60% response rate so far on the survey which is good. Many thanks to those of you who have filled the survey in so far. However our aim is to achieve at least 80% so that we have enough results to be able to provide a good overview of HERs and UADs in England.
 
So if you have not yet filled in the survey I would be grateful if you could find the time to do so before Friday 13th June.
