>> North Lincolnshire Museum Service has been working with St Hugh’s Communication and Interaction SEN College - http://www.st-hughs.n-lincs.sch.uk - over the last year. As a result of the ongoing partnership the Museum Service have developed all sorts of ways to become more accessible to all of its visitors, not just those with SEN. Come along to find out more at this FREE GEM Yorkshire & Humberside Study Visit on Thursday 22 May, from 10am-1pm (or just £10 for non GEM members)

>> 10.30 - Introduction to communication in Museums
>> 11am - Exhibition tour
>> 11:30-12:30 Three informal 20 minute session about promoting communication with different audiences.

>> •Reminiscence with adults
>> 12.30-1pm – final thoughts and discussion

>> There will also be the opportunity to visit to Normanby Hall Country Park and/or 20 21 Visual Arts Centre in the afternoon if people would like to make the most of their day in sunny (we hope) Scunthorpe.
