I'm currently busy with my internship and I was wondering if it is possible to make a group activation map without the use of spherical ROIs. I have made contrasts on group level, and I want to use the activations as a mask. Within this mask i want to look at the other contrast to see if the activations overlap. If this is possible, how do I do this?
