I ran it without the compiler (using MATLAB proper). This time I'm getting the R log files. Looks like one of the packages (ROCR) is not installed.

Thanks.

Thank you for the prompt response.

The only thing I found was this (at the beginning of *_melodic_denoising.ica/fix/logMatlab.txt). And then there is just a list of numbers that follows.

Warning: Name is nonexistent or not a directory: /usr/local/fsl/etc/matlab.

  In startup at 1

Hi -
ls -lart
should let you see any logfiles generated, that may contain error messages helping you.

If you don't see anything useful there, also look inside the ICA output directories, and inside the fix subfolders in those.

Cheers.

Dear FIX developers,

I've been trying FIX to denoise my resting state fMRI data.

Whenever I try the following comand:

fix -t Training *_melodic_denoising.ica

It runs without error and finishes with:
running classifier training
 running classifier training...

But no *.Rdata file is generated. I couldn't find where exactly the error (if any) occurs. I have already installed the packages in R.

Cheers,
Arash
