Hi - yes - if the "EV file" originally related to the full non-deleted data, then if you remove one timepoint from the data, you need to adjust the EV file accordingly.

Cheers.

Hi FSL experts,
Current I am working on a fmri dataset where I have to delete the first volume. I am wondering whether I should also delete the first time point in the original ev files. In the fsl wiki, it says time zero in the design matrix corresponds to the first scan after the deleted volume. That means I should delete the first time point in the original ev files, am I right?  Thank you very much.

Best,
Zi long
