We didn’t until we had a new HR Manager arrive about 4 years ago then all of a sudden they get indexlinked pay and holiday pay – but I’m not allowed to call it holiday pay because we don’t give them holidays. Not quite sure what our technical term is but it is something like 0.12 per hour worked. They also get pay rises too and earn more than my Assistant. If it wasn’t such a boring prospect I am thinking of joining them as well
