This is an exceptional opportunity to join a multidisciplinary research team that will conduct state-of-the-art evidence syntheses, health technology assessments and develop for the World Health Organization Guidelines for use of eLearning in health professional education.

You will join an international research team working across: LKCMedicine, new joint Medical School of Imperial College and Nanyang Technological University, National Healthcare Group, Singapore; Karolinska Institutet, Stockholm, Sweden; Global eHealth Unit, Imperial College London; and the World Health Organization, Geneva. We will further collaborate with Coursera, edX, Blackboard, etc. and international education leaders and policymakers. The posts are based at LKC Medicine in Singapore.

The team will bring together multidisciplinary expertise from eLearning, technology, simulation, evidence synthesis to guideline development, workforce development and global health. Candidates will have ability to work in a team and independently, will have outstanding written and oral communication skills and a strong commitment to making a difference through their research.

You will be an ambitious experienced researchers with a PhD or equivalent (or MSc for assistant position) in eLearning, education, eHealth, Health Services Research, Epidemiology or a related field and a track record of successful research.

Further to development of guidelines, you will carry out leading-edge research in mLearning and discovery of innovative ways for delivery of educational interventions through smartphones and other mobile platforms.

This will involve all stages of research from initiation and biding for funding to writing academic publications. You will combine creativity with careful attention to detail to deliver outputs of the highest quality. Your innovative research projects will aim to make a difference for health professional education globally. The position will offer a significant exposure to international audiences and opportunities for team management. The post holder will collaborate with project teams consisting of academics, clinicians and policymakers. The positions are for 3 years, in the first instance.
