Hi again
Has anyone devised a timesheet to recognise changes to NMH Manual roles as Delyth mentioned in the beginning of this thread. It seems evident that we are all doing something similar
by means of submission but I’d still be interested to hear if anyone has had a simplified timesheet approved.
Many thanks for all your support,
Jane

We scan all of our time sheets and then send SFE a printed copy.

Well we sent ours to SFE this year by scanning the timesheets and invoices, so that all information would be in one e-mail per student (therefore no excuse to say that timesheets had gone missing).
They wouldn’t accept them!
So, for now, we’ve gone back to the old system of photocopying and sending by post. Incredible.

Hello Everyone
It’s a pity that timesheets aren’t standardised so that the Invoice Team at Darlington becomes familiar with one version. I’ve heard from one University where currently, they don’t submit timesheets, just an
invoice with the number of hours and costing, signed by the student which was approved by SFE!! If that is the case, it would certainly reduce the amount of admin and photocopying all round for everyone here at Edge Hill!!
I would certainly welcome a forum debate on this.
Many thanks,
Jane

Good Morning All,
We are looking at re-vamping our timesheets to coincide with the changes for NMH Manual roles.
Would anyone be willing to share an example of their timesheets that they currently use please?
Replies can be made direct to me rather than on the forum if you wish.
Thanks in advance
Delyth
