Don’t suppose you have it in a clear container so we could see what colour it is, any idea of Geography and how long did it take to form?

I have seen Iron flocculate from historic hydrocarbon impacted gravels, see enclosed.

Attached is a pic of a sample bottle when full, large flocks started forming and enlarging as time progressed.

Answers on a postcard for those of you who can work out, or know what’s going on and if they have experienced this before?
