Topics will include young migrants' access to education and health care, their treatment by different legal regimes, and questions of identity and representation. The conference will conclude with a talk by Carlos Saavedra, Immigrant Justice Organizer. Co-founder of the Student Immigrant Movement in Massachusetts and national coordinator for the United We Dream Network in the US, Carlos Saavedra is an activist and consultant to immigrant rights organizations.
