Two PhD Studentships in film, media or cultural studies – deadline Friday 4 July 2014
The Centre for Research in Media and Cultural Studies, University of Sunderland, is offering two full-time Home/EU PhD scholarships with a start date of 1st
October 2014. 65% of the Centre’s research was classed as ‘world leading’ or ‘internationally excellent’ in the RAE2008.

Together with full payment of fees, each studentship will include a bursary of £13,863 per year. In return successful candidates will be expected to do six hours
teaching per week.
We will consider applicants proposing research in any area of film, media, and cultural studies.
