In conjunction with the 2014 Holmfirth Film Festival, Dr Lee Broughton (Leverhulme Trust Early Career Fellow, Centre for World Cinemas, University of Leeds) has programmed a double bill of revisionist post-Civil War Westerns.  Lee will introduce the screenings with a paper titled 'On the Trail of the post-Civil War Western'. 

'Keoma' (Enzo G. Castellari, Italy, 1976) and 'The Great Northfield Minnesota Raid'
 (Philip Kaufman, USA, 1972) will screen at the Cinema Truck, Holmfirth, from 1pm on Saturday 24 May.
