Summary:
An international Pharmaceutical Services Company currently expanding to the Central and Eastern European region and offering excellent opportunities for Biostatisticians and Senior Biostatisticians.  As part of a dynamic team, you will play vital role in the development of analysis plans and in performing protocol development, while managing customer relationships. You will contribute to the process of development and registration of new medicines and devices, ensuring cost effectiveness and high quality.

Your responsibilities include:
*          Coordinate the development of analysis plans, programming and table specifications, the production of tables, listings and figures, and statistical analysis.
*          Perform protocol development, sample size calculation, protocol and CRF review.
*          Write statistical sections of integrated reports.
*          Provide expert statistical input and review of statistical and data management deliverables.
*          Fulfil the Lead role for single complex studies or groups of studies.
*          Manage customer relationships.
*          Provide training and guidance to lower level and new staff.


You possess the following skills and experience:

 *   As an ideal candidate within this challenging position you have a PhD in biostatistics or related field; Master's degree in biostatistics or related field; Bachelor's degree in biostatistics or related field and relevant experience; or equivalent combination of education, training and experience
 *   Excellent written and oral communication skills including grammatical/technical writing skills
 *   Familiarity with moderately complex statistical methods that apply to Phase I-IV clinical trials
 *   Strong working knowledge of SAS computing package
 *   Ability to effectively manage multiple tasks and projects
 *   Ability to lead and co-ordinate small teams
