special sessions on Causality in Genomics and Spatial Problems in the
Nucleus.

A random draw from the programme:
- Chiogna, "Graphical modelling for gene set analysis"
- Holmes, "Computational decision theory and Bayesian methods in genomics"

Causality in Genetics and Genomics
- Markowetz, "Reconstructing evolving signalling networks by hidden Markov
nested effects models"
- Berzuini "Causal inference tools for exploring biological mechanism"
- Burgess, "Using summarized data in Mendelian randomization"
- Wernisch, "Inference of sparse structural equation models from static
data"
- Didelez, "Mendelian Randomisation for Causal Inference in Epidemiology"

Looking forward to seeing you there!
